The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log into our booking system. The dashboard is divided into four key sections that are useful in daily booking management:

  1. Menu: There are three sections in the menu: the “Homepage”, which includes the dashboard, the “Bookings Page”, and the “Tax Estimate tool”.
  2. Make a Booking: On this page, you can book your shipment, whether it is import or export.
  3. Bookings Information: It displays information about the status of your shipment and/or the progress of your shipment from the time it is booked to the time it will be delivered.
  4. Recent Booking: All recent bookings, as well as their status, are displayed here for easy access.          

For ease of knowing the tax applicable to import, Kindly follow the steps below to get to our tax calculator which will do it for you within the shortest time possible:

When you select the Tax Estimate tool, you will be taken directly to the Tax and Import Duty Calculator.

  • When you get to the Tax and Import Duty Calculator, the first thing you’ll notice and must do is enter the HS CODE for the specific item/product you want to ship. You can select one or more HS CODES based on the number of products you have.
  • The second step is to select the “Country of Destination” to which your goods will be shipped.
  • The third step entails entering the “Cost of the goods”“Insurance”, and “Freight Cost” for the item or product being shipped.
  • The fourth step is to enter the “Total weight” of the product or item to be shipped in kilograms.
  • Finally, after entering the previously mentioned information, click the “Estimate” Button, which will display the Total Estimated Taxes for importing the product or item based on the country of destination that was selected.
