Today, we want to introduce you to our Booking Section, a user-friendly feature in our booking system. We’ve put together a simple guide that will show you exactly how you can access and use this section.

Once your shipment has been approved by our team, you’ll receive a link that will lead you to the Booking Section. This section is composed of different tabs that are all designed to help you efficiently manage your shipment or booking.

Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect to find in each tab:

Real-time Tracking: This allows you to track your shipment in real-time, providing you with peace of mind and up-to-date information about its location and estimated time of arrival.

Summary: This tab displays a visual representation of your shipment progress, helping you to track it all the way to its destination.

Estimated Freight Cost/Customs Charges: This tab provides a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with exporting or importing your product.

Track & Trace: This tab allows you to monitor the status of your shipments and products.

Client Documents (Shared Documents): This is where you can share any necessary or required documents with our team, helping us to efficiently ship your product.

My Documents: This tab displays any documents shared by our team that may be of help to you.
