In this blog, we’ll be discussing how you can keep track of your shipment’s progress or booking status after you’ve submitted it. We’ve put together a simple step-by-step guide that will show you exactly how to check the status of your booking or shipment:

• You can access the Booking ID link in two ways: first, through the Recent Bookings section of the dashboard, or second, through the Bookings menu. The Recent Bookings section will show you an instant glimpse of your booking status.

• In the Bookings menu, you can get a brief overview of your booking status. Moreover, by clicking the green plus button on the left-hand side, you’ll unlock a summary of the vital details you provided in the booking form.

• Once you click the link from either the Recent Bookings or the Bookings menu, it will take you directly to the Booking section. This is where you will see a detailed overview of your shipment’s status, including its progress, estimated freight cost or customs charges, client documents, and Zest team documents.

• What’s even more exciting is that you can share multiple documents with the Zest team that are required to ship your shipment. You can choose from the uploadable documents that you will share.
