Now, we’re excited to introduce you to our game-changing Real-time Tracking feature. With this feature, you can monitor the location and status of your shipments in real-time, giving you complete control over your logistics operations. We’ve prepared a simple guide to help you make the most of this incredible tool. Let’s dive in!
1. Access Real-time Tracking: You’ll find the Real-time Tracking feature in the booking section, just like we’ve seen before.
2. Login: With a single click of the Real-time Tracking button, you can log in and gain access to the Real-time Tracking feature using the same credentials you used when you signed up.
3. Dashboard: Once you’re in, the dashboard is your first stop. It’s your go-to for a quick glance at the current location status of your shipment. You’ll have complete visibility of your shipment’s whereabouts, and know exactly when it will reach its final destination.
4. Trips: Head over to the “Trips” tab to see all the shipments that took place during a given period of time. Using the Booking ID you received when you booked or shipped your goods, you can easily track each shipment. This section also provides an overview of new, ongoing, delayed, completed, and unsuccessful shipments during a specific period.
5. Filter by Date: Easily filter by date to see the shipments that took place during a specific time frame. Here, you can also track all the activities that occurred during the transportation of each shipment.
With Zest’s Real-time Tracking feature, you’ll never lose track of your shipments again. This user-friendly and convenient tool allows you to monitor the location and status of your shipments in real-time, giving you the peace of mind you need to plan your operations effectively.
